Expenditure for each practitioner is applied per year (2,080 hours). There will be no overtime billed to the facility. In the event of sick/vacation time, R.A.I. will provide coverage at no extra cost to the facility. Payment for services will be due on the first and fifteenth of each month. A late fee of 3% will be in effect ten days after due date. If applied, practitioner expense (housing, rental car, and travel expenses) will be billed separate from invoice. Practitioners will sign a time sheet furnished by R.A.I., which shall be signed by the practitioner's supervisor at that institution.

In the event of termination of the contract, client will give R.A.I. 10 days notice. In the event the client shall hire practitioner for its own behalf, finders fee will be obligated by client after 10-day notification.
