The charge for each practition is billed per hour; time and a half the normal hourly rate will be charged for any shift in excess of 8 hours. A minimum of 6 hours is charged for any normal workday.
R.A.I. shall bill an invoice on a bi-weekly basis to the institution. Fees are payable within 30 days of billing date. A late fee of 3% per month will be in effect ten days after due date. If applied, practitioner expense (housing, rental car, and travel expenses) will be billed separate from invoice. Practitions will sign a time sheet furnished by R.A.I. which shall be signed by the practitioner's supervisor at that institution.
In the event of termination of the contract, client will give R.A.I. 10 days notice. In the event the client shall hire practitioner for its own behalf, finders fee will be obligated by client after 10-day notification.
