Some clients need more than a traditional staffing solution. We offer total hands on management as well as highly qualified, experienced medical professionals. They are thoroughly trained to handle the day to day organization of your facility based on the individual needs and circumstances of your company.

R.A.I. supplies staff to medical facilities on a single-fee basis. This cost will cover the practitioner for his/her medical health insurance (optional), workmen's compensation, disability, unemployment taxes, medical malpractice insurance, and sick/vacation compensation.

R.A.I. offers 4 levels of Staffing Solutions: (click on each to learn more)

• Per Diem - The charge for each practitioner is billed per hour.
• Long Term - Expenditure for each practitioner is applied per year. (2,080 hours)
• Permanent Placement - A made-to-order program to meet and measure your unique staffing and budgetary needs.
• On Call - The charge for each practitioner is billed per hour. After six months of start date no finders fee will apply.

• Our On Call Services - clients place one call to R.A.I. when they need supplemental staff.
• Local Contract - Healthcare professionals who live in or round your area work on contract in your facility.
